Falls Cable Access is a non-profit organization funded by franchise fees paid by Time Warner, Inc.  It was originally formed in 1982 and re-organized in 1991.  The current studio was built in 1992. It is housed in the Menomonee Falls High School and shared with the Media Studies Class. 

The Staff consists of Access Coordinator and Production Manager Harry Stoetzel and several Media Studies graduates who act as paid volunteers on a regular basis.  The Board of Directors consists of 7 individuals. Vacancies are recruited from an open application process.  It is limited to residents of Menomonee Falls, however cable service is not a requirement.
